  • NetSuite Web Store Setup
    • Audaxium has helped a variety of existing NetSuite customers deploy the e-commerce functions of the system so that their customers have more flexibility in how they purchase and research product information
    • A web store using the included NetSuite functionality can be set up, configured, and have items and other content added in a few days.  We will also train users on how to maintain the store, update items, and process orders.
    • Audaxium has also set up stores using the NetSuite Sitebuilder module, that allows for more advanced customization of the layout and appearance of the store.
  • NetSuite 'Premium Customer' Portal Setup
    • Many NetSuite users never get around to giving their own customers access to their customer portal.  The customer portal can be used to deliver controlled access to custom NetSuite data, transactions, cases, and special store categories.  The customer portal, in combination with the web store, if needed, can allow access to saved searches, custom forms, records, and even specially priced items. This is a mini-project that can greatly expand the value of NetSuite to your business.
  • NetSuite Case Satisfaction Surveys
    • Many companies use NetSuite for it's technical support capabilities, but they look for feedback from customers outside the system.  Audaxium can set up an effective method to allow customers to rate their technical support experience and provide management, and support reps, with real time, accurate performance indicators inside of NetSuite, on your dashboards.  Get a low rating on a case?  Get instantly notified to follow up and make things right.
  • NetSuite CRM Implementation
    • As with any good NetSuite Partner, Audaxium can help you implement NetSuite in a manner that suits your business. Every implementation is different but our hands on approach will ensure you steer clear of the mistakes often made when deploying the system.  When you ask us about a particular option or choice during implementation we'll help you understand the ramifications of that choice in other parts of the application, and down the road.
  • NetSuite Marketing Campaign Setup
    • Marketing Campaigns can be very effective in NetSuite, or, they can be a frustrating experience to the first time user. Audaxium can set you on the right track, and ensure you're both using the system to it's fullest, and getting the best results from your database of contacts.  We can develop email templates, show you A/B testing, segment your lists, and guide you through the reports.  This is another mini-project and training series that will make your marketing team much more effective.
  • PrePaid Item and Project Setup
    • Audaxium has helped existing NetSuite users deploy the project tracking functionality and keep track of outstanding time owed to customers. If you perform services, billable or not, for your customers, using NetSuite Project functionality might be a good idea.
  • Item Re-loading - Inventory to Non-Inventory
    • It occasionally happens that a NetSuite customer will want to re-organize their items and restart the inventory management process. We can clean up, re-categorize, and reclassify items, and even update old transactions in your NetSuite account to make selling and reporting easier on your team.
  • Script for Auto Closing Sales Orders upon Receipt of RMA
    • Recently, we had a customer who needed to automatically stopping billing customers when products that were on a billing schedule were returned and received.  Very quickly the customer had a solution in their hands that prevented costly manual errors that could lead to irritate customers.
  • External App Opportunity Import/Export
    • Audaxium recently helped a customer who was keeping track of Opportunities using an application provided by one of their key partners.  They needed to start tracking these opportunities inside of NetSuite, and then automatically send the information to their partner.  We cleaned, scrubbed, mapped and configured until everything was perfect for all involved.
  • Lease Calculation and Documentation Automation
    • Many companies offer financing or lease options to their customers.  As NetSuite doesn't have this ability, we helped a customer show lease options on every quote reps send out.  We also automated the creation of lease application documents to be sent to their financing partner once the deal closed.
  • Renewal Transaction Email Automation
    • An interesting project, that is now an application available for other NetSuite customers - Audaxium has developed an application that uses rules to send estimates and invoices to the clients of a NetSuite user.  Rather than manually email these transactions, or send them without any context, our application allows a NetSuite user to send out these transactions at a scheduled time, using different templates, and can create follow up email and phone calls. If a NetSuite user is sending out subscription based invoices to customers this application can be a real time saver.
  • Commissions Setup and Consulting
    • A number of times now, we have helped companies, who are using NetSuite, convert from managing commissions calculations and tracking in Excel, to using NetSuite's integrated commission functions.  This mini-project can save sales managers and back office staff several hours per month.  Having estimated, authorized and paid commission numbers on dashboards gives sales reps confidence that their sales are properly accounted for.
  • Knowledge Base Setup and Publishing
    • The NetSuite Knowledge Base tools can be used to get almost any type of information in front of customers, or employees, or both.  It could be a simple FAQ, or it could be internal procedure documents. We have helped customers begin publishing solutions, developed by their customer services team, online, for their customers to review before they call in.
  • Advanced Searching/Reporting/KPI creation
    • Audaxium is often asked for help in creating searches and reports.  The average NetSuite customer may simply lack the time to create very complex searches to measure particular metrics in the vast amount of data NS tracks.  If there is an important search or report that you feel may not be possible, we'll let you know if it's feasible, create it, and then show you how it's done.
  • Form and Transaction Scripting/Automation
    • After deploying and using NetSuite for a period of time, many of our customers have seen opportunities to save time, increase the quality of data, and ensure processes are followed.  We can very quickly develop scripts and workflows that can improve the productivity of your team.
  • NetSuite On-Demand Admin and Support
    • Many small NetSuite customers may not have a person who is a fully fledged expert in maintaining and improving NetSuite.  Audaxium can provide services on demand for every-day NetSuite administration and support at reasonable rates.  You will not be forwarded to a call center.  You'll be helped by someone who knows your business specifically, and can both make recommendations and implement them immediately.
